Description:	This RFP is an invitation by the Municipality of Hastings Highlands (the “Municipality”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Electrical and Lighting Replacement at a Recreation Area in Birds Creek, ON, as further described in Section A of the RFP Details (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
